An order is confirmed after it is completed through the store, and our team may contact you to verify order details before processing and shipping.
Prices
Prices displayed on the store are in Egyptian Pounds and may change without prior notice; the price shown at the time of order completion is the one that applies.
Payment
We offer cash on delivery and electronic payment methods available on the store.
Delivery
Orders are delivered within 3 days to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order; exchanges are available within the same period, and Adwaa Foundation bears the return costs.
Accuracy of Customer Data
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the order (name, address, phone number), and any errors may delay or hinder delivery.
