Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Adwaa Electrical Supplies, we are committed to delivering our customers' orders safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Delivery Areas

We offer shipping and delivery services to various governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt, according to the areas covered by our available shipping companies.

2. Shipping Fees

- EGP 80 for orders under EGP 700.

- Free shipping for orders of EGP 700 or more.

Shipping fees may vary in certain special cases or areas where shipping companies charge additional fees.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.

After the order is handed over to the shipping company, the delivery time varies depending on the governorate, the customer's location, and the shipping company.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, shipping company issues, or public holidays.

4. Delivery Address Information

The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery information provided, including:

- Name

- Phone number.

- Governorate.

- City or region.

- Full address.

If incorrect information is entered or the customer cannot be contacted, the order may be delayed or returned.

5. Order Tracking

After the order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided to the customer as soon as it becomes available from the shipping company.

The customer can contact Adwaa Establishment's customer service to inquire about the order status.

6. Non-Receipt of Order

If the customer does not receive the order or cannot be contacted, the shipment may be returned to the establishment.

If the order is resent, new shipping fees may apply depending on the circumstances.

7. Damaged Products Arriving

If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Providing photos or a video illustrating the condition of the product and packaging is preferred.

The situation will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our return and exchange policy.

8. Orders Containing More Than One Product

Products may be shipped in one or more shipments, depending on product availability, storage location, and order processing method.

If the order is split into multiple shipments by the company, the customer will not be charged additional shipping fees for the split.

9. Shipping Policy Modifications

Adwaa Electrical Supplies reserves the right to modify shipping fees, delivery times, or shipping terms as needed.

The shipping terms presented to the customer at the time of order placement will apply.
